414 9th Ave N. Parking is on the street or in the driveway behind the grey van. Follow the driveway and walkway to the back of the house. My neighbour has a dog that may bark just so you're aware but he is always fenced in. You can wait for me to greet you either outside in the patio chairs or inside on the entry bench. Please remove footwear and hang any jackets on the rack. Note that I have a cat so we will need to arrange other options if you are strongly allergic.
